Automated epoxy dispense is highly accurate and repeatable in terms of positioning and volume of dispensed material. This produces better performance and yield of manufactured products. Cycle time is also generally faster. AEi’s FlexAuto control software is used to allow easy configuration of different dispense patterns and styles without the need for any programming. This includes vision guided dispense patterns as well as dispense without machine vision.
